The service

StaffDock helps your company record right to work and document checks, store evidence and get reminders. StaffDock records the checks your company carries out. It is not an identity service and does not carry out checks itself. Your company remains responsible for its checks.

Accounts

You must keep login details private and tell us about any unauthorised use.

Payment

Payments open in about a week. Until then every account starts with a 14-day free trial, and we’ll email you when you can pay. Once payments are open, plans are paid in advance. If your subscription ends, your account becomes read-only: you can still log in and download your evidence.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload anything unlawful, and only add people you have a reason to keep records for.
